The Bryce Canyon Dining Room is located inside Bryce Canyon National Park and is operated by Forever Resorts L.L.C. Open seasonally (April 1 - Nov. 11). Breakfast served 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., buffet and menu. Lunch served 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 a.m., buffet, burgers, soups and salads, etc. Vegetarian and gluten free options. Dinner served 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., entrees such as steaks, chops, pasta, fresh seafood and chicken selections, etc. Our wine list features local Utah Micro-brews, domestic as well as international wine selections. The Valhalla Pizzeria and Coffee Shop is located inside Bryce Canyon National Park and is operated by Forever Resorts L.L.C. Open seasonally (April 1 - Nov. 11). The Coffee Shop opens early at 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with a selection of fresh baked pastries and gourmet coffee selections. Closed during the mid-day, Valhalla Pizzeria re-opens at 3:00 p.m. with fresh baked pizza, salads, wings & other Italian favorites. Limited beer and wine selection is available.
