6. Bryce Canyon National Park
Bryce Canyon National Park features the awe-inspiring Bryce Canyon, which is made up of towers of multi-colored rock, natural amphitheaters and winding hiking trails. Enjoy the scenic lookouts near the road or take a hike down into the canyon for a few hours.
7. Scenic Byway 12
Drive through rugged natural landscapes on the 120-mile Scenic Byway 12, one of the top Scenic Byways in the US. You’ll see red rock cliffs, forests, alpine mountains, small towns and state and national parks.
8. Slot canyon explorations
Besides hiking Bryce Canyon, you can also explore nearby slot canyons, which are narrow, high-sided and filled with fascinating formations. A guided tour can help you find out-of-the-way slot canyons and use proper safety techniques.
