Glamping Near Bryce Canyon

There’s nothing quite like taking a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spending it in the great outdoors. Going camping is a great way to explore and connect with nature, as well as bond with friends and family on your adventure. There’s no better way to experience the beauty of nature than spending time right in the middle of it.

However, a more glamorous version of camping, glamping, has become more popular with people who don’t want to part with comfort when they enjoy nature. Because Bryce Canyon sits at a higher elevation than most southern Utah locations, it’s the perfect spot for a cool camping experience. Along with this, Bryce Canyon Country has many glamping options for those who would rather not “rough it” when they experience the outdoors.

Cozy Cabins

Cabins are an excellent choice for glamping because they offer a rustic, outdoorsy charm while keeping you warm, dry, and comfortable. Escalante Outfitters offers an array of cabins with access to a laundromat and showers. They are located in the heart of the Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument, putting you in the middle of one of the most gorgeous spots in Southern Utah.
Another great spot to rent a cabin is in Panguitch Lake Resort. This resort offers several cabins in front of a pristine lake. Spend your day fishing, boating and enjoying the lake, and then spend a relaxing night in a homey cabin right on the lakefront.

Unique Yurts

Yurts are large, round, permanent tents that are perfect for glamping. Escalante Yurts offer a variety of gorgeously furnished yurts fitted with heating and air conditioning, keeping you comfortable at any time of the year. They are also ideally located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park, making it a great place to stay while exploring.

Canyon Base Camp also offers furnished yurts in a secluded location right outside of Hatch, Utah. These yurts are equipped with private kitchens and bathrooms, making everything easy and convenient. The yurts are located ten minutes away from Red Canyon and are close to many exhilarating biking trails.

For a truly memorable experience, be sure to try Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch. Stay in their stylish yurts amid the beautiful scenery of Sweetwater Creek and the high desert. The ranch hosts many exciting events as well as a variety of stunning hikes around the property. Don’t forget to enjoy dinner at Sweetwater Kitchen, the onsite restaurant that serves great food with locally-sourced and freshly grown ingredients.

Unforgettable Experiences

Bryce Canyon Country also offers some unusual and unique places to stay during your glamping trip. At Yonder Escalante, you can stay in a vintage Airstream caravan that has been refurbished into a modern and comfortable glamping abode. The site also includes a large pool and hot tub, as well as a vintage drive-in movie theater.

At Under Canvas Bryce Canyon, stay in a luxurious safari-style tent with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery. Located in between Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon, Under Canvas is in the perfect location for those who want to see everything that the area has to offer. After a full day of exploring, be sure to enjoy complimentary s’mores before getting into your soft, plush bed for the night.

Make your trip truly memorable by staying in the Running Deer Tipis. These tipis are located on a secluded hilltop, giving you stunning 360-degree views and a front-row seat to millions of stars once the sun goes down. With their open and comfortable design, these tipis are the perfect place to stay for an adventurous glamper.
