Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm serves a blend of Western Range and Southwestern flavors. Now in its 23rd season, the restaurant has been a national leader in organic, locally produced, and seasonally appropriate cuisine since its inception. What’s not grown on the restaurant’s six-acre farm two miles away is often sourced from Boulder’s heirloom orchards, local rancher’s grass-fed and finished beef, Utah spirits and micro-brewed beers, and more. Hell’s Backbone Grill & Farm was a 2022 Semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant in the Nation by the James Beard Awards.
