By signing this permit, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to hike in a remote and challenging canyon that involves technical terrain, tight/narrow passageways, and potentially hazardous conditions. I understand that this area may be difficult to access and navigate, and that risks include but are not limited to falls, rockfall, flash floods, dehydration, injury, or becoming lost.

I certify that I am physically and mentally prepared for this hike and have the necessary skills, equipment, and experience to undertake a technical canyon route.

I acknowledge that failure to carry and present a valid hiking permit upon request may result in legal action, including citation for a Class B Misdemeanor under applicable laws or ordinances.
